First, please read the FAQ, then read this before emailing us.
We may be on vacations right now, most messages will be answered in late August.
If you need help to run a game, read the how-to page first and read the comments on the game page. We do not provide game support through mail.
Wrong Game, Missing Manual, Crashing Game
If you see a clear issue on one game, please explain the problem and give us the game URL on MyAbandonware. If you think the manual is missing, please make a Google search first.
If the game is crashing, make a search of the crash message + the name of the game on Google first. If it’s really not working, we’ll try to find a working archive.
Do you own an old game missing from our site? We would love to upload it! Please check first if the game is available on GOG, Steam, Origin, etc.
Moreover, the game must be at least 10 years old and has been unavailable on store for several years.
If you want to send physical copies of games, we accept them but will not pay for the shipment cost. If you still wish to send them, be advised we are living in France.
If you own the rights to a game and want it removed, please email us. We take those requests very seriously and take immediate action during European Daytime, from Monday to Friday.
If you wish to take down a game, please consider putting the game available on your own site, we will put a link to your page.
We do not need SEO services, we will never use “game installers”, do not send us mail templates for an advertising network. We may consider custom, well-written advertising network requests.
